Our leadership team is a dynamic blend of professionals dedicated to education, the arts and community building. With backgrounds in art education, fine arts, business management and agricultural management, each member brings a unique perspective to the table.

Co-founder, President of the Board and DCA Director
Jocelyn Dunaway
Jocelyn Dunaway, armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Art History and Studio Art, has artfully merged creativity and precision in her career within the agricultural sector in the field of supply chain optimization for the past 8 years. Jocelyn’s nurturing and creative spirit also extend to her family and home where she enjoys working with her hands and developing her family’s farm. Her leadership and creativity serve as an inspiration both in her personal and professional spheres.

Jennifer Jones
Jennifer Jones, a passionate artist and educator, holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and certifications in early childhood and K-12 art teaching. Currently pursuing a master’s degree related to community arts, Jennifer has spent the past six years as the K-12 art teacher at the Greenfield School District. Her true passion lies in creating inspiring studio spaces that foster creativity. Jennifer is a dedicated advocate for the arts’ role in education and community building.

Angie Myers
Angie Myers, a Kansas native, is a dedicated educator and arts advocate. She holds a degree in Art Education from Fort Hays State University and a Master’s in Education from William Woods University. Angie taught PK-12 Art for 24 years, earning the Missouri K-12 Art Educator Award in 2013. She also founded the Turnback Community Arts Association, organizing local art events and classes, while managing a cattle farm, reflecting her strong ties to rural life.

Dave and Debbie Howard
Dave and Debbie Howard are the former owners of a successful telephone business they founded in Boise, Idaho, in 1989. For two decades, Dave managed marketing and operations while Debbie oversaw financial and general business aspects. After selling the company and relocating to Missouri in 2018, Dave and Debbie enjoy spending time with friends and share a passion for travel. Dave also enjoys woodworking and spending time outdoors, while Debbie finds joy in crocheting and basket weaving.
