Calling all artists and creators! We invite you to showcase your talent and sell your handcrafted goods at the Dade County ArtConnect Christmas Bazaar—a celebration of local art, community, and holiday spirit.

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the community, share your passion, and make your holiday season even brighter!

Enjoy the Event—We’ve Got You Covered!
At Dade County ArtConnect, we want artists to fully enjoy the day’s festivities! That’s why you don’t have to stay at your booth all day.
- Artists will be issued a vendor number to use on provided tags to facilitate tracking of merchandise purchases
- Payments will be collected by Dade County ArtConnect, so you can focus on enjoying the chili supper, parade, and other town festivities.
- At the end of the event, we’ll tally your sales and issue your payout.
This way, you can experience the holiday fun while still showcasing and selling your art!
What Can You Sell?
We welcome all forms of creative expression! Items that fit perfectly with the Christmas Bazaar include:
- Handcrafted jewelry
- Pottery, paintings, and prints
- Holiday ornaments and decor
- Knitted or sewn items
- Gourmet food and treats
If you’re an artist or artisan, we’d love to have you join us!
Vendor Cost & Booth Sales
- Vendor Fee: $20
- Commission: A 10% commission will be applied only if your sales exceed $20. If you sell less than $20, no commission will be charged.
- Price Tags: Vendors will be provided string tags to facilitate tracking purchases
Booth & Setup Information
- Booth Space: DCA will provide covered tables with skirts reaching the floor to provide covered storage
- Setup Time: December 7th at 9am
How to Register
- Complete the Registration Form: Register Online using the form on this page or Download and Print your Registration.
- Submit Your Payment: Payment can be made via Cash or Check, or by Card when you register online using the form on this page.
- Wait for Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with further details.
