Learn the basics of leatherworking while creating your own handcrafted drawstring pouch! In this beginner-friendly class, participants will cut, punch, and stitch real leather to make a simple yet functional pouch—perfect for carrying small treasures or gifts. No experience needed—all materials provided.

About the Artist

I am Daytona Hurd a Dade County native, I got into leather work making accessories for Cosplay and Renaissance fairs. From there I branched out into holsters and tool pouches and have continued expanded my leather work. I enjoy helping others come to know the craft of leatherwork and look forward to introducing more people to the age-old practice.
