Dade County ArtConnect marked a major milestone with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony this past month. Many people in several parts of the community came to watch and show support.
Building repairs: A huge thanks is given once again to the MFA Oil Foundation for the $2000 grant given for repairs to the building. Electrical work will be started this upcoming spring, more information TBA.

Art Supply Swap – April 5th
Join us soon for our very first art supply swap! All supplies have been donated and are free of charge. If you have provided donations, are a DCA member, or have otherwise helped with this event, you will have VIP access to an extra hour of early access. General entry is $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. More details can be found on our website and Facebook event page.
Theater Meeting – April 16th
If you’re interested in hearing more about planning the upcoming performance this year, and/or want to take part in the play, join DCA at 6pm to discuss and plan ideas for a July performance. Learn More.
Open House – May 4th
This is a day of celebrating community and creativity, showcasing various art pieces from various community members. If you’ve taken or taught a class here, we’d love to showcase your work at this event! It is completely free, and a great way to show your talent in a community setting. Buffalo Days Art Sale – May 24
We are looking for artists to participate in the DCA Artist Showcase at the Opera House in Greenfield! This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your art through a juried art show upstairs or sell your work through our 2nd annual art sale downstairs. Annual Member Meeting – June 23rd | 6-7 PM
This meeting is a great opportunity for our members to hear directly from the board, ask questions, and get updates on the organization’s plans and finances. If you are interested in becoming a member, we will be taking sign ups at this time!
